It’s the twenty sixth day of the lockdown and it’s the story of every household like our. Sleep schedules are messed up and news is constantly being played as the background music around us. We hear all day how people gave lost their livelihood and how many families across the country are going to bed without food. We hear all of this, get sad , sleep ,wake up the next day and end up making our day full of laziness. I too was going through the same for a long time and then I finally decided that why not do something that can really help the society and the people around us.

Most of us are truly in love with the smell of sizzling dishes that are apparently made in our houses and due to the lockdown in the country, none of us can get in the fresh air to make our fat cry. So all we need is a beat of our favourite energetic song that would not only motivates us to grab the dumbbells but also cheers us to carry on with the long sweating planks.

For the fit ones who are tired of sharping their abs daily , have you ever tried your hands on the brush dipped in paints? Try getting good with the way you see the colours and maybe you’ll discover more after you get better in mixing them.

Well done is always better than well said. It’s not the time to relax in our cozy beds with our fingers on the remote but to show the world our power and potential. The above mentioned ideas are just a blench of things you must try while being at home which would not only make you feel good but also active. Make progress or make excuses!
